Bring Her Back

Fresh from the success of their breakout hit, Talk to Me, brothers Danny and Michael Philippou return with their latest thrill ride, Bring Her Back. In the film, troubled teen Andy (Billy Barratt) and his visually impaired younger sister, Piper (Sora Wong), find a welcoming new home when they’re taken in by a quirky, if seemingly kindhearted, new foster mother, Laura (two-time Oscar nominee Sally Hawkins). But as the two soon discover, there’s more to Laura and the orphaned child in her care (Jonah Wren Phillips) than meets the eye: a woman still grieving the loss of her beloved daughter, harboring a twisted secret more disturbing than either Andy or Piper could ever imagine.

Twin brothers Danny and Michael Philippou got their start on YouTube with a wildly successful series of shorts on their off-the-wall RackaRacka channel. Their transition to features, marked by the 2023 Sundance premiere of Talk to Me, which went on to become one of the top indie horror films of the last decade, has brought them a new legion of fans.
